We are near the seasons end and a new season is just around the corner. On the Where to Play page you will see 2 pictures. To see the current seasons results click the VEGAS BABY 3 picture and it will take you to your results. We also request that you write your name so it can be read by all. Please use your real names. Nicknames will no longer be alowed moving forward.
5/2/11
Regional Final will be held at South Lanes Bowling on Friday May 27th. Signup 5pm. Game time 7pm. Next seasons prizes are 4 seats to Canterbury Park's Fall Poker Classic. First place winning a mega seat to a cash tournament and second thru fourth place winning minor seats. All seats will be for tournaments to WIN MONEY, not another seat. There have been some minor rule changes, and highlighted rules to be reviewed. Nothing major has changed from past rules, with the exception of late players, which will go into effect 5/30/11. Some highlighted rules are just a refresher for players. Monday 5/2/11 the regional final location and next seasons' promotion will be announced.

Online poker sites were seized yesterday, so that should create more players to come out and play live games with us. Also there will be some rule changes taking place for next season.

We are in the process of upgrading our website. We are combining the old website into this website. Please bear with us during this transition.

From now until the end of Week 4 (March 27th) Players that bring in new faces to poker night could receive a FREE DRINK CHIP that day/night for each new face. New faces will be people that have not played in Midwest Poker League before. This promotion varies per location.

New scoring system is in place for next season. This scoring system will make it more competative.
2/16/11
Players will not responsible for submiting results starting next season. That is the hosts responsibility; whether the host is an owner, bartender or a Midwest Poker League sanctioned host. Any results submited by a player will not be considered an acceptable form of submission and will not be regarded. Location hosts have multiple ways to submit their results. Internet, email, snail mail, and holding on to them until a Midwest Poker Respresentative is forced to retreive them.

The Vegas Baby 2 Regional Final will be held at Arena Sports Bar on Sunday February 27th. Signup 3pm. Tournament Starts at 4pm. Qualifiers will be posted to the website at Noon Februrary 21st.

Brahmas concluded its 6 week season. Top 10% (Top 2) will advance to the regional.
